Our incredible school has made a significant leap, improving its rating to a 'B'! 🎉 This achievement is a true testament to the hard work, dedication, and passion of our entire school community, including students, teachers, administrative staff, and supportive parents.

But that’s not all – the entire Madison Parish School District has also shown remarkable progress, elevating its overall rating to a 'C'. This district-wide improvement underscores the collective effort and commitment to educational excellence. It’s heartwarming to see the positive changes and innovative strategies being implemented across our schools.

In 2017-2018, the Madison Parish School District faced significant challenges, hitting its lowest point with an "F" rating. Recognizing the need for a transformative approach, the district began recruiting international teachers to bring fresh perspectives and expertise into the classrooms. This strategic move played a crucial role in elevating the quality of education and fostering a more dynamic and diverse learning environment.
A Shoutout to Our Jamaican Teachers
While celebrating this achievement, I’d like to give a special mention to the wonderful Jamaican teachers at Madison Parish High School. Notably, Fonia Davidson, a Business, Computer & Robotics teacher from Jamaica, has been an incredible addition to our team. She found her position through Step By Step Consultancy. Their contributions have helped create a rich and diverse learning environment, further supporting our mission to provide the best education possible.
